“P” is for Plateau

Unfortunately, when there’s a lot of weight to lose hitting a plateau is just part of the process. It’s important to accept that progress is bound to stall while you are doing exactly what you are meant to be doing.
There is also falling off the wagon which you may be tempted to call a plateau but you very we’ll know it isn’t.


Here are some great tips for getting over a plateau:

Now! Be honest! If you have changed what you’re doing then it’s probably not a plateau.

Lately, I’d have to admit that my progress stalled because I had fallen off the wagon. Not terribly, but fallen nonetheless. I’ll be back from my trip tomorrow, back in the gym on Sunday and back on track on Monday.

It’s about to get real people!
